P- Agency is a young Belgium based boutique agency located in the heart of Brussels. The agency was founded by the brothers Eric Paul & Rob J. 

Eric Paul started his career as a model & actor in Brussels and has lived and worked in Milan & New York. Rob J. has experience working as a model & photographer in Shanghai, Taipei and Hong Kong. After several years in the business they recognized the need for a more personalized approach for developing and managing talent.
